Who will be your team’s next culinary star? Put on your aprons, and get ready for a team cooking challenge! In this Mystery Box Kitchen Showdown, you will be presented with a black box menu that contains a variety of mystery ingredients.
Within the stipulated amount of time, every member of the team has to work together to conceptualise and prepare your dish using the given ingredients (local spices, fresh vegetables, meat, grains, or any other staple items). Using your creativity and teamwork, each team has to prepare a menu of delicious hawker-style dishes to win the judges’ vote.
More than just a cooking class, this culinary challenge is a great choice for corporate team building because it promotes creativity, enhances communication by breaking down hierarchies, and encourages cultural awareness—all in a relaxed and fun environment.
