Flavours and Food served up with Fun! That’s what you’ll get in our Flavours of Singapore Cooking Class. Learn how to cook local favourites such as Laksa, Ngoh Hiang, Curry Chicken, Roti Jala or top up a little to learn how to cook our famous Chilli Crab and more. Don’t forget delectable desserts such as Kueh Dadar, Ondeh-ondeh and more!

Our expert chefs are warm, outgoing and friendly with many years of experience teaching locals, expatriates and foreigners. Whether you are a local eager to learn to cook, a tourist wanting a deeper culture connection through food, or a company looking for an engaging hands-on meaningful activity for your staff, this is perfect for you!

What’s on the menu:
Hokkien Prawn Noodles, Ngoh Hiang (fried meat rolls) and Kueh Dadar (pandan crepe with coconut filling).

Meet our resident Chef

Chef Colin is familiar with the culinary scene since 2000. His gastronomical adventures include being involved in the management and operational role in renowned establishments such as International Hotel Chain Pan Pacific Hotel, Best Rooftop Dining 1-Altitude, and Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant Xi Yan.

Being a fervent ambassador of promoting Singapore as a Tourist Destination, Colin enrolled for the Tour Guiding course in hopes to widen horizons by engaging with his Tour Participants on what Singapore can offer. His wealth of knowledge earned him his Finalist position in the 2019 Singapore Tourism Award. When Passion and Proficiency meet, you are assured that you would enjoy this Culinary Experience with Chef Colin!

* Your cooking class may be hosted by other equally-qualified chefs, who are also certified local tour guides.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 48 hours prior to the tour will be refunded in full, subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
  • Cancellations 24 hours prior to the tour will be refunded 50%
  • No cancellations or refunds for less than 24 hours notice.

Minimum 2-Pax Departure Policy

Due to the min. requirement of 2 pax to depart. Let’s Go Tour reserves the right to contact the customer to do a reschedule to another slot/day, should the number of guests for the tour selected is less than 2 pax.
