- If we cancel the tour, you will receive either a full refund or an alternative date/time
- There is strictly no refund:
– For cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the tour
– For tours that were previously rescheduled by you
– If you arrive late and the activity has started
– If you fail to turn up, regardless of the reason
